定義 / 解説
Present Simple の否定は don't / doesn't を使います。これを使うと後ろの動詞は必ず原形になります。
主要ルール
- I/you/we/they + don't + base verb。
- he/she/it + doesn't + base verb。
- doesn't の後に -s を付けない。
- be 文は別系統（isn't/aren't）。
- 日常会話では短縮形が基本。
例文
- I don't drink coffee. - 私はコーヒーを飲みません。
- You don't need this book. - あなたはこの本を必要としません。
- We don't live here. - 私たちはここに住んでいません。
- He doesn't drive. - 彼は運転しません。
- She doesn't like cold weather. - 彼女は寒い天気が好きではありません。
- It doesn't work now. - 今それは動きません。
よくある間違い
- ❌ He doesn't likes tea. -> ✅ He doesn't like tea.
- ❌ I doesn't know. -> ✅ I don't know.
- ❌ She doesn't at home. -> ✅ She isn't at home.
ヒント
- doesn't がある時点で 3 単現情報はすでに入っているので、動詞に -s は不要です。
