定義 / 解説
一部の名詞は -s/-es ではなく不規則に複数化します（child -> children など）。規則化しにくいので単語ごと覚えます。
主要ルール
- 母音変化型: man -> men, woman -> women。
- 特殊変化型: child -> children, person -> people。
- 不規則複数には複数動詞を使う。
- すでに複数形の語に -s を重ねない。
- 高頻度語から優先して覚える。
例文
- Two children are in the park. - 公園に子どもが 2 人います。
- Three men work here. - ここで 3 人の男性が働いています。
- Those women are my teachers. - あの女性たちは私の先生です。
- Many people like this cafe. - 多くの人がこのカフェを好きです。
- My feet are cold. - 私の足は冷たいです。
よくある間違い
- ❌ Two childs are outside. -> ✅ Two children are outside.
- ❌ One people is waiting. -> ✅ One person is waiting.
- ❌ Three womans are here. -> ✅ Three women are here.
