continuous passive는 진행 중임을 나타내면서 수동 초점을 유지하는 형태입니다. 대표형은 is being + past participle, was being + past participle입니다.
핵심 규칙
- 현재 진행 수동: am/is/are being + past participle
- 과거 진행 수동: was/were being + past participle
- 진행 중인 행위에서 수혜자/대상에 초점을 둘 때 쓴다.
- 행위자가 중요하지 않을 때 자연스럽다.
- 능동이 더 명확하면 무리하게 수동을 쓰지 않는다.
