คำถามใน Present Simple ส่วนใหญ่ต้องขึ้นต้นด้วย do หรือ does เราใช้ do กับ I, you, we, they และใช้ does กับ he, she, it หลังจากนั้น Verb หลักจะคงเป็น base form รูปแบบนี้ใช้บ่อยมากสำหรับถามเรื่องความชอบ กิจวัตร งาน และนิสัยประจำวัน
กฎสำคัญ
- ใช้ Do กับ I, you, we, they
- ใช้ Does กับ he, she, it
- หลัง do/does ใช้ base verb: Do you like...? Does she work...?
- หลัง does อย่าเติม -s ที่ Verb หลัก
- คำตอบสั้นใช้บ่อย: Yes, I do. / No, he doesn't.
