定义 / 说明
转述型被动可在不明确点出来源的情况下报告信息。它常见于新闻、学术、正式评论：来源可能泛指、未知，或不是重点。主要有两类：It is said that... 与 He is believed to...。前者更“非人称”，后者聚焦被谈论对象。它们能形成更客观、保持距离的语气。
关键规则
- 非人称转述：It is said/thought/reported/believed that...
- 主语聚焦：subject + be + past participle + to-infinitive：She is believed to live abroad.
- 若被转述动作更早发生，用 to have + past participle：He is believed to have left.
- 这些模式比 People say that... 更正式。
- 尤其适用于来源不具名场景。
