英语里有时用 the，有时不用冠词。这个差异在 at school、in bed、go to work、go to the school 这类短语中很常见。零冠词通常强调场所的“常规功能”；用 the 往往强调建筑本身或某个特定地点。也就是说，冠词选择会改变意义，而不只是语法形式。
关键规则
- 常见活动或机构语境用 zero article：at school, in bed, at work, go home。
- 指建筑或特定地点时用 the：the school, the bed, the hospital。
