Present Continuous 由 am/is/are + verb-ing 构成。我们用它表示正在发生、现阶段发生或暂时的情况。它常用于谈某人此刻正在做什么。它也可描述一个只在有限时间内成立的短期状态，而非永久事实。常见时间词有 now、today、right now 和 at the moment。
关键规则
- 使用 am/is/are + verb-ing：I am reading.
- 用于正在发生的动作：She is talking on the phone.
- 用于暂时状态：We are staying with friends this week.
- 主动词要用 -ing：work -> working, sit -> sitting, write -> writing。
- 常与 now、right now、today、at the moment 连用。
