定义 / 说明
Present Simple 用于日常习惯、惯常行为和事实。Present Continuous 用于正在发生的动作或暂时情况。两种形式可以描述相似行为，但含义不同。I work here 是常态事实，而 I am working here this week 是暂时安排。这个对比是日常英语里最重要的时态选择之一。
关键规则
- 用 present simple 表示习惯：I work here every day.
- 用 present simple 表示事实：Water boils at 100°C.
- 用 present continuous 表示正在发生：I am working right now.
- 用 present continuous 表示暂时情况：She is living with her aunt this month.
- 时间词有提示作用：every day 常配 present simple；now / today / at the moment 常配 present continuous。

- I work here every day, but today I am working from home. - 我平时每天在这里上班，但今天在家办公。
- She drinks tea every morning, but now she is drinking coffee. - 她平时每天早上喝茶，但现在在喝咖啡。

常见错误
