我们用 should 给建议、提出提议，或表达温和看法（什么更好）。它比 must 语气弱，通常不表示强制规则。比如 You should rest 听起来是建议而不是命令。我们也用 shouldn't 表示“不建议做某事”。should 后面动词用原形。

- 结构：should + base verb。
- 否定：shouldn't + base verb。
- 用于建议：You should rest.
- 用于表达“更好的做法”：We should leave now.
