Present Simple 被动语态把焦点从“执行者”转移到“动作/过程/结果本身”。其结构为 am/is/are + past participle。当执行者未知、不重要、显而易见，或不是关注重点时使用。它在规则、标识、说明、报告和一般描述中很常见。需要正式、中性、非个人化语气时尤其有用。
